Reopening plan

Following our Federal, State, and Local government guidelines, we are planning to reopen in a set of three stages. Understanding the moment we are in and the changing nature of details being released, any provided dates are tentative. Please note that our staged approach may not coincide with the State's phased plan to reopen.

Registration will be required for each of our Sunday Services.
*Registration will open on Mondays.

We will continue to Live Stream our Sunday Service. In addition to the continued Live Stream, Stage One will include gatherings of up to 10 people in homes. Our encouragement is to invite friends & other church attenders to your home to watch and discuss the sermon. This stage is based on your comfort, so don't feel pressured to participate if you are not comfortable.

In Stage Two, we will aim to reopen our building for Sunday Services. This is in addition to continuing all of Stage One. Watch the video above for all the details you will need to know, or reference the FAQ's below.

In Stage Three, we will continue Sunday Services and add Grace Kids Ministries. Extra safety measures and details for Grace Kids will be added during this stage. This stage will continue to evolve as capacity guidelines are expanded based on the state and local guidance given.

New Service Times
8:30am & 10am

We will be following all of the New York State Mandatory Guidance for Religious Organizations. Here is what you can expect:

- Registration for services will be required.
- Masks will be required to be worn while entering, exiting, and singing during the service (unless medical condition applies).
- Masks can be removed while seated in the Worship Center.
- At this time there will be no Nursery or Kids Church programming. Please utilize the Grace Kids Resources provided each week.
- Social Distancing measures will be practiced while on the Grace Chapel Campus.
- Cleaning/Sanitizing will be performed before, between, and after our Sunday Morning Services.

They are not directly aligned because the government's phases are not yet clear regarding gathering sizes. However, we will be adhering to guidance passed down to us by State & Local officials as they are presented to us.

We understand and acknowledge that some will not be comfortable returning when we reopen. We will continue to record the message in advance for the foreseeable future. It is also our hope to have a full, live streamed service available on our platforms this summer.

We will announce it in the following ways: during our Sunday Services, on our social media platforms, push notifications on our Church App, and an email to our congregation.
