Community

Here at Grace Chapel we believe our best opportunity for life transformation happens in community.

COMMUNITY

Here at Grace Chapel we believe that life transformation and growth in Christ happens best in relationship with one another.    Being in authentic and connected community is a priority.  It is our desire that every believer at Grace Chapel is connected and known.

WHAT IS COMMUNITY?

Pastor Barry in his message entitled "Community" Takes us the 3 aspects of community that we pray would be true for all who call Grace Chapel their home. our prayer is that for all who call this their home, that they will find a community where they are known, where they are growing, and where they are loved. take 25 minutes to check it out!

Why Is It Important?

Why is community necessary?  The Bible is clear that we were not meant to live in isolation , but exist in deep abiding relationship with one another.  This is fostered through an intentional pursuit of one another outside of the Sunday gathering.  It is to challenge, love, and admonish one another to pursue Jesus in deeper ways.

Check out this testimonial video of those who are actively pursuing community, and how God is at work.

How Does This Happen?

Community is where life and truth intersect in the context of relationship.   This can be in homes, on Sunday mornings at the church campus, or in your favorite spot to gather.

If you are looking to grow your faith in the context of relationship, this is the starting point for you.  There are three ways that you can go deeper as it relates to community here at Grace Chapel:
Connect Events | G3 Groups | Community Groups

Connect Events

Times to engage with other believers for general connection.  This is event driven and a great first step towards meeting other men, women, or couples.

G3 - Grace Growth Groups

These are weekly gatherings of 3 to 4 people that are same gendered groups.   The focus of these times is to grow in knowing Jesus and knowing one another.

Community Groups

These are gatherings of 8-12 people that meet on an ongoing basis to study the sermon series, books studies, and other resources.  They meet in homes or on the GC campus throughout the week.
