Parents and Students!

We believe that God wants to do amazing things in and through the lives of our middle and high school students here at Grace. Our goal is to help students know Jesus and live like Jesus. We want our students to be a part of Student Section and feel right at home. Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions.

What age group is Student Ministry for?

Student Section is uniquely designed for 6th-12th graders. We promote everyone in June, so incoming 6th graders are welcome to join our summer trips and activities!

When and where do we meet?

We meet every Thursday night from 5:30p-8:30p downstairs in the Student Section Room. Just follow the signs and you'll find us!

What happens on a typical Student Section night?

We begin the night with some food and games. This gives our students a chance to get to know others and build relationships. Then we are led by a live band in engaging worship. We spend the next 25-30 minutes opening God's Word together. We do our best to teach on topics that are relevant and encouraging. We close out the night in adult-led, age-specific discussion groups where our students can form strong, close relationships with both leaders and peers. It is always a good time!

How can I find out more information?

We'd love to tell you more!  You can give the church office a call at 315-685-3071, and ask for our Student Ministries Pastor, Drew Burtis or Click below to email Drew:

Sundays for Students

Our goal is to foster an environment where parents can feel welcome to worship as families in the Worship Center. We desire our students to fully participate in our worship services.

Our students are a part of Engage God's Word, our church-wide discipleship study, and meet in our own small groups downstairs in the Student Section Room on Sundays from 9:45-10:45am.
